This ensures you present your best case and navigate the USCIS submission process successfully. IMPORTANT: Standard application packages are not reviewed by an immigration attorney. Instead, a 123 Citizen case manager checks them for spelling, grammar, and consistency. Regardless of the package you choose, 123 Citizen employees cannot provide legal advice. For the peace of mind and guidance that only an immigration attorney can offer, we recommend selecting a Premium, Deluxe, or Professional package.
The timeline depends on how quickly you complete your application and provide your documents. On average, it takes about two weeks from start to finish, but some may finish faster or take longer. At 123 Citizen, we aim to provide feedback quickly, usually within 5-10 business days. Once ready, your case manager will share the feedback and guide you through the next steps. After implementing the feedback, we’ll either send you a final PDF or ship the complete application to your address, ready to sign and submit to USCIS.

After the review, you’ll receive feedback and instructions from your case manager on how to improve your application. Once updated, we’ll ship the complete application to your home or a FedEx office. Simply sign the forms, include USCIS fees and passport photos (if required), and mail the package to USCIS following our detailed instructions.
